Online store use

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Products and information

We aim to describe products, colours, sizes, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect colour appearance. Product availability can change. Workplace safety requirements vary; customers are responsible for checking whether the selected footwear and any stated protection features are suitable for their workplace and employer requirements.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel or limit an order where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or delivery is not available. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the order total are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Delivery, returns and statutory rights

Delivery estimates and charges are described in our shipping policy. Returns and withdrawals are governed by our returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country.
