Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation when tracking information is available.

Shipping charges

Germany, France, Italy and Spain: EUR 6.99 per order.
Other supported destinations: the checkout displays the applicable local-currency shipping charge, based on the equivalent of EUR 11.

The final shipping charge is shown before payment. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges after an order is placed.

Estimated delivery

Orders are shipped cross-border. Estimated transit time is generally 7-20 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, customs checks, local carrier delays, peak seasons and severe weather can extend delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is included in the shipping confirmation. Tracking may require several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery name, address, postal code and telephone number before completing payment. Contact us immediately through our contact page if a correction is needed. After dispatch, changes or interception might not be possible.

Taxes, duties and delivery restrictions

Any taxes or duties collected by the store are shown at checkout. If a destination requires charges that are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them where permitted by law. Products and shipping methods are offered only where checkout confirms that delivery is available.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
