Returns and refunds
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, clean and in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories included. Safety footwear may be tried on indoors only. Items showing outdoor wear, contamination, damage caused after delivery or missing parts may be refused or subject to a reduction reflecting the loss in value.
How to request a return
Contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send goods to the registered office or any other address without return instructions. We will provide the applicable return address and instructions after reviewing your request.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos; when the claim is confirmed, GemChve will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.
European Union right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Notify us through the contact page before the period expires. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days using the instructions provided. You are responsible for the direct cost of return unless the item is defective or we agree otherwise.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a valid EU withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they were returned. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Exchanges and order changes
The fastest way to obtain another size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch when operationally possible. After dispatch, the return process applies.
